I have selected clove by mistake for my son aligner .
I was limited budget but they explained me one comprahansive plan where end to end solution including .I got ready with their suggestion https://m.mouthshut.com/price rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@price is 1.8 Lakhs where unlimited aligners included with 3 years limit. There is sequential aligned treatment.
But when treatment started intial 5 aligners where fitted properly .
> 6th aligner not fitted at left bottom side
So doctor suggest to skip 6th & try 7th because of not fitted. I did compromise and proceed for 7th as per Doctor suggestion around 10 days.
> Now again from 8th having same issue -not fitted properly
So doctor suggest try 9th & 10th
but again 9th and 10th also not fitted properly
> Even multiple request, she checked & tried for 1 hour and asked us that she will take up with backend team
> AFter that they are started wrong execuse that it will keep flexible one end and will do proper from 15th
So my simple concern is instead of replacement they are just playing with patient and giving faluse execuses .
here what is imporatnce of sequuence which they are offering .
Totally they are behaving as scripted & not able to understand the patient concern.
Here I am not mentioning Doctor’s name because I don’t have concern individual but yes giving patient details so thay atleast Clove management can access the issue for better service
