HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Decided to get Crown done for my mother from Clove Sec 77, Noida. They were told before-hand that we are only there for 3 weeks, we were given assurance that it will be done without a problem(BIGGEST LIE BY CLOVE DENTAL). Once the crown came, the fitting was wrong. They simply said, okay we will have it redone again. 4 days before leaving back to US, we went for getting the 2nd crown fitted. After setting it on the tooth, they asked my mom to bite into the crown, and it BROKE INTO 2 PIECES in 2 seconds itself(WHILST THE GUARANTEE OF CROWN IS SUPPOSIDLY 15 YEARS… Are they Serious?). We were horrified beyond belief that something like this can happen. Now we are being told that they will get another one done(for the third time) on priority from another lab and give us in 2 days. Now all of the sudden something that takes a week will be done in 2 days itself. Goes to show how they misrepresent timelines and waste time of their clients. Hoping for a quick resolution. Else we will be stuck without a crown and going back to get it done at 10 times the cost. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CLOVE DENTAL TO ANYONE!
