Totally unprofessional team of kamla nagar who doesn’t care about patient once they join there. I paid 55K for a treatment that costs 20-25k anywhere else. The only reason I joined clove is because of a good doctor who convinced me to get it there.
It’s been around a month I’ve informed dr. Nomi and the branch that two of my brackets are out and the wire is hanging open. But instead of providing solution there or somewhere in their many delhi branches, they just didn’t care about it and i had to follow up to get an appointment after 5 days which she cancelled as she went for new year trip. After that, they again moved my appointment to sunday first week of jan 2024, and then the next Tuesday, then the second sunday, now again she got it postponed to God knows whenever she feels like doing the job she is getting paid for. "Paisa milgaya abb kaam kyu karu" this is their mentality.
Listen, moneyis not an issue for us that’s why we people join here hoping for flexibility and digital support. In my three visits here in kamla nagar branch, not a single time did sheasked what I’m expecting, what i want my teeth to look like.She’d do her work in 10 seconds and leave without talking to the patient. Is this what they teach at training? To treat patients like a robot? Enough, I’m changing my treatment to yamuna vihar centre now. I urge future potential clients to read this review and not get treatment from here and this pwrticular doctor.
