I see my order is on hold.
When I contacted @ the given number(0120-484 2222), the lady first told me that 2 items are not available, and asked me to get back with some other items.
After 10-15 min when I contacted with new items for the replacement, I was told by other lady that now 3 items are not available. What the hell? Are they serious?
If you guys do not have inventory than why are you showing them as available. I placed the order 2 days before and still those items are shown as available, but your executives telling not available. They should be shown as sold out(as other great sITES_Company does that).
You have very bad system, not updating the inventory in real time.
I never had this problem at any other good sITES_Company like Zivame, Amazon, Snapdeal.
When I asked the lady to cancel the order, she wanted me to send the bank details. Come.on, when I have transferred the money online, you should be having all the details so that you can refund. Executive was giving lame excuse that there are some technical glitches.
Anyways. I have requested for the cancellation of the order. VERY BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE ON YOUR SITE.
If you want to be good site like Zivame, Snapdea, Amazon than you should be sorry for this and also compensate your customers for your errors.
Wasted couple of hours on all this stuff. Very frustrated with Clovia.
