I Had ordered some products at Clovia two weeks back, at my order details it was showing that the product will be delivery before 3rd October and I was eagerly waiting for the product. But, due to delivery partner worst experience i.e. ECOM Express Ltd., my parcel returned to the origin.
When I contacted clovia and complain about the Ecom Service provider, the customer care has shown the regret for the inconvieniece.
But, instead of taking any action on Ecom express they had removed the details of both the order from my account.
in my clovia account there is no where mentioned that I had made two order.
I dont know how I will get the refund.
Totally worst experience and lost of time and efforts in clovia.
