I have been a clovia customer for past 6 years.
And had made few returns in my past purchases due to quality issues, size issues etc.
But in my last purchase I ordered products for myself and sister as a gift for her.
So it was a kind of big order.
But as I cudnt give it to her, I had to return those products bought for her.
And I was waiting for my refund.
But it didn’t get credited, so I called them and they said it will take some time as the products haven’t reached their warehouse due to the natural calamities in many places and it’s affecting the courier services.
They promised that I wnt loose my money and it will be credited asap.
But it didn’t. So I called them again, then one executive said the products reached them long back and sorry for the delay, the amount will be credited in 5working days. They even sent me mail as a confirmation.
But again I didn’t get my money.
Now they are saying they have only received just 2 products out of the 7 I sent them.
And they wnt give my money back.
Really? I have sent all items and they are doing such a fraud thing with the customers
They just loot the customers.
Now they have the products and my money too.
They dnt even respond also.
They are completely rude and after saying they believe the logistics than a 6 years customer, they just disconnect the call.
This is how these people become rich.
They just blame me saying it happens before too
Then why they didn’t let me know then?
They are lying .
It’s a huge amount and they just dnt want to give it back.
They took all products from and now no refund also.
I really dnt knw want to do.
Please please please dnt trust this company
They are not even ready to investigate
As a customer what can I do?
I already returned the items.
Whom should I ask now?
They don’t even listening.
They just disconnected
From last month, it shows refund processed.but till now I didn’t get it. And now they say this big lie to take away my money.
