Wrong product delivered - no help from Myntra on refund.
Won’t be buying again from Clovia.
I have received a wrong order for my order of set of Clovia black lingerie, in the evening (16th Jun 2021)
I am unable to apply for return request in the app. Definitely a very cheap trick by a so-called trusted brand Myntra, after I had raised a complaint against a wrong delivery (Clovia) without any help on refund from the Support team (Shadab)
Suddenly an almost near item is lost - not by chance but by cheapness, just to show they have refunded the money . Instead of sending a refund for wrong product, the team decides to cancel the rest of the purchase and claim to have refunded the money. All the best with your tricks, I am sure you will be a better scamster than history has seen. And extremely cheap and unprofessional one.
