I wanted to exchange an order because clearly they don’t have a uniform size. I have measured the product and it is definitely larger than the measurements given in the size chart. I bought a medium size earlier and that was too small so this time I ordered a large size and it was huge. Clearly I wasted my money because the customer care told me that they don’t have an exchange policy for briefs inspite of the fact that it was unworn and unused. As soon as I received the product, I have written a mail. I clearly made a mistake to order from this website. Not going to happen again. Also, it would be great if they could put it on the page itself that it is non returnable or can’t be exchanged. As soon as you open the page, you see ’easy and free exchange’
Their product size chart is definitely incorrect and the product I have received is bigger than the size chart measurements. And the page description is false. Very unhappy with the service.
