I book a holiday ticket from club 5 holidays mumbai when I reached to the office the sales persons behaviour is good and he talk with me with softheart and book a ticket and pay by online mode of rs 60000 for 10 days the sales person told me that in sixty thousand you get every thing free and you get also guide and on which date I will travel and before 3 days I called the travel operator but his phone is switched off I do a lot of attempt to ring him but he is out of reach
Finally I go to office and office had locked I searched everwhere but no any clue about them
And last I travel in mumbai local and I see a board with same name I go there and found all members and I quarrled with them because of deceive and u asked them to refund my money they tell me that your payment will reach to you with in 3 days from till date I am waiting but no payment is refund and I lost my money it is my personal experience
