This was the worst experience we had in our life. Me and my friends booked tickets for the new year party 2012. We took unlimited food + complimentary drink voucher.They gave the promo in such a way that this was one of the biggest new year party in Bangalore.
They gave all these false ads in internet and also through various posters in Tech parks. We altogether 10 people booked the tickets and traveled all the way around 40km to reach there. When we reached there we saw so many people and just went in to park the vehicle.
Somehow we parked the vehicle although we had a bad experience there also. Anyway we went near the entry gate and we saw a huge crowd shouting and pulling. Then we were surprised to know that most people were waiting for the entry pass.
Everyone was fighting and demanding for entry pass. Some were waiting for hours for the entry pass. The responsible management people fled somewhere. Most of them demanded for refund as they felt that they have been cheated.
Then we had to shout at the officials to make us enter. We had girls in our group and they all had bad experiences due to the chaos of this.
Somehow we entered inside. When we walked inside we saw another huge crowd in some shed. There were chaos all around and we came to know that this was the place where we are supposed to get the unlimited food. We already sensed we are going to feel more bad experiences.
We went inside and saw it was crowded and there was only one stage. The environment was not at all good. There were indecent people trying to behave badly to girls all around and there were no officials to control this.They were throwing bottles in the air and ice cubes all around. Then we thought we will go and check about the food. We went back to the earlier place we saw where food was given.
We were shocked to see the chaos all around with no management people to control it. We saw the people themselves picked plates from somewhere and people themselves took all the food from vessels placed in the side of the stage. Some where taking the all the utensils home.
Everyone wanted to utilize there money in some way. Most of them picked whatever they got in their hands. We were almost in tears for our fate. We didn’t get any food to eat. It was like a refugee camp. We all felt disappointed and angry as we didn’t know what to do.
There were no officials to complain. We all were cheated and we returned back. We paid so much and this is what we get in return. This was the experience of all the people who came there. I beg the management of Club Cabana that please don’t cheat people like this.
Our money is hard earned money and it’s not like how you make by cheating innocent people. And thanks for the wonderful bad new year experience you people gave.
