First time I placed an order from Club Factory website. Order number - SO261419623. I ordered 2 shrugs, black and grey colours, 2xl sizes in January. As they are not giving any cash option to the new customers that is why I used my debit card and paid for my order. Order delivery person delivered 1 small poly bag to me and left. When I opened it there was 1 grey shrug but black shrug was not there and bill shows both the shrugs are in it. Same day I raised a complaint from their chat agents and also sent an email to their support desk. I shared the pictures what I had received. From that day onwards almost every day I am telling their customer support desk that either I want black shrug or want full refund for the black shrug but they are keep on telling me to wait for 6 days so that their concerned department will get back to me with the resolution but no one get back to me as of now. I told them to take that grey shrug back I dont need it without black shrug because these 2 are the gifts but they are not doing anything. Last week they gave me 2nd complaint number -1613415 stating that their concerned department this time get back to me and resolve this issue. I was not even aware off that they closed 1st complaint without informing me. Either I want both the shrugs or I want full refund for both of the shrugs but no one is helping me. I have a very bad experience with them. Seller played a major role in it, he packed 1 shrug but mentioned 2 shrugs on a bill which is not acceptable for me. Instead of 1 star, I will prefer minus 1 (-1) for this issue.
