Today I would like to share my experience with club factory. They have very nice collection of sandals, apparels and home stuff and hence I decided to order through them. There is no option of cash on delivery. I finally decided to order a pair of sandals, one top and 2 sets of hangers. The product which I received was okay in quality but it took a month time to reach me. If you plan to order from club factory then you need to be patient because this is the standard time they take it seems for delivering any product. Product is good but doesnt look as if its branded. Also one imp thing is that if you are planning to order clothes then be careful about the sizes because they have very complicated return process. I received the top but the size was not fitting so I decided to return the product. They will initiate the return on request but customer has to courier the product on its own and hence I had to courier it myself. So I ended up spending additional 300 Rs from my pocket fir courier.
