Hi guys I am sharing experience of club factory online shopping.
I am shopping with club factory since 3 months. I was very happy but I hated the packaging of club factory online shopping always I complained the service center those. And they insured me that they will not do so again, and days ago I ordered a scanner from club factory but because of the bad packaging. The scanner was broken and when I tiered to contact the service they said this could not be possible and now I am very disappointed and angry with club factory and I request you not to buy any product from club factory.
The worst thing which I liked about club factory was it customer service. They just give date and last they give all the blame on use if a company is good they provide good service to there customer, but if the company is bad how can they provide a good service.
There product quality is very poor, the look like second hand they are very low quality. I don’t recommend you to buy any of the product from club factory. You will be very disappointed and will not at all like the product of club factory. The delivery time is very much it give me up to 15-25 working days to deliver my product.
