I placed an order on Club Factory on October 21 and my order delivery date was October 28. Its November 14 today and I have been calling up these guys each day since these 18 days and each day I’ve been told that they’ve raised the complaint to the concerned department and that I’ll get a call from a senior person and that my order will be delivered tomorrow.
I’ve already made my payments but I think this company is a fake one. I don’t know if the company even exists or not. It’s a scam because there is no whereabout of my docket except for the fact that it’s been rotting in their warehouse since 18 days and for what I don’t know.
They do not know why the delivery is delayed and they do not know when it’ll be delivered and I do not know why had I made the mistake of ordering from Club Factory.
It’s a Fake Factory.
Please beware of this company and never order from here.
