I found Club Factory app on Facebook. The collection they have is really good and stylish but I am not completely impressed with the Club Factory App.
Good thing about the App:
It has fashion categories such as i.e, clothing, Jewelry, bags, Accessories, shoes etc.
It follows latest on going trend.
Its prices are very reasonable as compared to other Apps.
Teenagers and working women will like this App.
The patterns are very refreshing and new.
Payment process is just like other online shopping apps.
Bad things about the App:
Customer service is the major draw back of this app as they do not respond properly to the customer.
Delivery time - It takes at least 3 week to delivery your product and sometime it takes almost 25 days to deliver.
Delivery fee - Their delivery fee is very high i, e. 250 to 270 rupees and minimum order is above 2000. this is something I did not like about this app as I can not always shop for 2000 for free delivery. One more reason is that if the product cost is 700 the delivery cost is 270 aprox 700+270=970 for the same cost I can get the same product at other apps such as i.e, myntra, Amazon, Flipkart etc.
The product quality is not as expect, still exceptions are everywhere few products quality may be good and few may not.
Recommendations:
Can work on the delivery time, they can try to deliver the product within 2 weeks
Huge amount to shop for free shipping they can reduce the minimum from 2000 to at least 1000 or less for free delivery chargers because one can not always for 2000 rupees
Could work more on the app layout and design to make it more attractive.
-they can work on the product quality as that is one of the major thing a person will look in the product.
- In google reviews I have read about payment issues and a lot of negative response which can spoil the brand image.
Finally I would like to say that as far as the categories and products are considered it is very trendy and cool, people who can spend it a good app but product quality is a problem but still I would again mention " exceptions are everywhere" few products might turn up good and few may not.
