Today I’ll review about this e commerce app named as club factory. First of all the layout and design of this app its parent website is really good. They just catch your attention right away. But everything is not good as it seems to be.
This app is totally Fake it is like a market of duplicate Chinese product. There is a variety of designs but the quality is very 3rd class. They claim to have authentic products but everything is fake or duplicate. A week ago I ordered two jackets from this app. They costed way around 1200 bucks for each. But the main problem starts after you place the order. There is no Systematic process for tracking orders. Another thing is that customer care helpline are of no use they never answer your calls. After lot of problems when your order gets delivered would you find two jackets of cheap leather? . which don’t even cost more than 300 bucks and you have purchase them for 1200 each.
I would not recommend this app to anyone who is in online shopping or want to indulge in as it will ruin the experience of the customer.
