This to bring in to your notice that I am totally dissatisfied with Club Factory product. My experience dealing with this particular site absolutely disgrace and pathetic. They don’t have a proper customer care number(01206230700) it automatically gets disconnected upon dialing, surprisingly they have a chat session where you get a response - I am really very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and they disappear for 24 hrs from that session. You will not hear anyone from that chat session on the same day. A very next day when you open the app you will see that somone has waved you but only an introduction message that’s all you can hear from their Customer Support Team.
Now this experience drove me to dissatisfied from Club Factory site and I reckon no one should buy any product from this particular site. It will be a big time hassle to get in touch with customer support team .You have to courier the product by your own cost and efforts, no one will come to pick up the item. This doesn’t happen with other sites like - Myntra/Flipcart/Amazon etc. Today I have shipped the product to the address given in the app. I don’t even know whether they will refund my money or not.
Club Factory - You people have wasted my time /money/ human efforts. This is not acceptable I will bring this up to Consumer Court and make you pay for this.
