Disappointing Experience with Liberty Holidays
Im extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Liberty Holidays. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue, Ive been met with generic responses and a lack of concern.
On October 16, I received a call from Mr. G, stating that I had selected two complimentary gift cards from Tatas channel partner, Liberty Holidays, for purchasing a Tata car. However, when I arrived at Le Meridien Coimbatore, I was met with a different story. Despite my skepticism, Mr. G assured me that there was no meeting or stage program, and I just needed to come with my spouse to collect the vouchers.
However, when I arrived, Mr. G was not there, and another person, Mr. S, received us and started explaining about the company and membership packages. After an hour, we requested to leave, but Mr. S compelled us to take a membership starting at 3.5 lakhs, which we declined. His manager, Mr. M, offered discounts, but we still declined. At last, they offered 91, 680/- and asked for an advance payment of 21, 680 rupees, which we paid. After the payment, they compelled us to pay the balance of 70, 000 rupees today or that advance amount will be wasted as this offer is only for that moment.
Specifically, I was assured that a specific hotel would be booked, which didnt happen when I tried to book. Also, there is a refund policy mentioned in the agreement, which states that if we are not satisfied with their service, we can cancel and get a refund, which was also confirmed during the demonstration.
When I tried to cancel the membership, your team denied my request and threatened to cancel my membership without a refund if I shared my negative experience on public platforms. This is a clear breach of trust and violation of consumer rights.
I demand a full refund of the amount paid, compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused, and cancellation of the membership package.

I hope Liberty Holidays takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to improve their customer service. Until then, I would caution others to be aware of the potential for subpar service.
