I was assured complimentary holidays when I introduced couple of members by their sales executive. When I asked he coolly collected my identity and booked in Pondicherry in my account rather than complimentary.
When I questioned he coolly said he will mail my coupons which I have not received since 1 year. In addition the resort staff did not bother to give a discount of Rs 1500 which was announced.
The whole group is really dodging and passing the buck from one to one.
