I attended an event along with my husband organised by Club Mahindra in Sarovar Portico, Jhansi on 27th Mar 2019 wherein we were given a presentation on the facilities provided by Club Mahindra so as to influence us to enroll for the club and get the membership done. We were a sincere audience and paid all our attention to the entire presentation.
At the end of the presentation we were partially convinced by the club( thanks to your influential team) and decided to enroll for the membership with very little knowledge in our heads. We paid an amt of Rs 31530/- for Studio/Blue Season. But later on when we reached home and searched for the official website of club Mahindra, we realized that there was some imp information which was not passed on to us in a proper manner or rather passed wrongly. For instance, we were told that RCI membership/provision will be available only to the members who enroll today, however, we realized it later that anyone can opt for RCI membership while enrolling anytime and not only today. Please note: this was one of the major reasons for us to enroll.
Furthermore, we were told that there are many international countries which have club Mahindra resorts but sadly I found only 5 in the booklet which was handed over to me in person during/ after the payment out of which most of them have been visited by us personally before.
Also , while explaining the offer details to us they told us that if at all we close this offer deal with them today then we will never be able to enroll ourselves with MH anywhere outside in a promotional event like this one. This sounds wierd.Why would MH bear such loss of losing customer satisfaction ?
Therefore, without wasting much of my time and in the view of the above, I requested them to cancel my membership application for a full refund of Rs 31530/- only.
I also requested them to acknowledge and further reply . waiting for their reply
