Overall experience was good. However, one bad experience leaves its mark and one cannot be complacent in service industry.
During Lunchtime, we were looking for a good table to sit and found one vacant table. As we began to sit, one lady staff member came running and shouted "YOU CANNOT SIT HERE !" I was shocked by such apalling behaviour and asked why. Terse reply was "It was already booked by other member". I began looking for another table and though I found one in couple of minutes, I was disturbed by this incident which I remember even today.
Though I realised soon that her command over English was poor and she didn’t mean to insult anybody, the fact remains that some of the staff is not taught even the basic mannerisms of service industry !
I had mentioned it in feedback form, but I have my doubts that it has reached dustbin..
