I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to mention about the great experience my parents and I had during our last trip to Kumbhalgarh. My parents are members of Club Mahindra since 2007 and have been to 6 different resorts.
I went with them this time and it was a memorable holiday. The fun we had at the resort was amazing, the Manager also helped us out with tours. I loved the fact that while you are in the resort, you are in a cocoon of luxury and you don’t really feel like going outside.
Also what really touched me was that the resort staff remembered my mother’s arthritis problem (we just mentioned it once) and actively offered to help us out.
One thing that I thought could have been better and I am saying it at the risk of sounding spoilt - is the room service. Food was great but the delivery took slightly long.
To summarize, I feel what my parents paid to get all this is a very reasonable amount. Resorts are 5 star and service is priceless.
