This is to inform you that Club Mahindra has been penalized for cheating a customer by the Chandigarh Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. I have uploaded an article which was published in "Indian Express" on 13/3/2010. Kindly go through the same. This might just encourage you to take action against this organization for cheating their customers. You should all get together and file a complaint against this organization to get your hard earned money back.
There is no doubt that the quality of their resorts is very good. But one has to be really smart in handling this organization. I had to undertake a lot of effort to avail the freebies which were committed to me but the same effort cannot be applied by everyone. Hence they all feel that they have been cheated.
So just go through this article and help spread awareness among other people so that they are not be-fooled by Club Mahindra in taking their time-share membership.
