I am a member with Club M for the last 8 years. I went hru my ups and downs with their membership. however I have reasoned out that I have made a good investment. I have holidayed for 42 days and at a minimal cost of Rs.2000 per day I have recovered 84000/-. my investmnt was aboout 1.5 lacs. What about interest?? I will negate that against the growing inflation and the cost enhancement my product has taken. current price for the same product is 2.5 lacs. Not that I havent been said "No". Timeshare is subject to availability but they are proactive to give options and are there to meet up and close issues quickly. I also like the bouquet of resorts they seem to be adding. I have read they are planning a big property near Vienna. Will have to wait and watch.
overall it is sensible investment...Go for it before it is too late and u miss the bus....
