My experience with ClubMahindra is really bad as they will come up with all new hidden rules whenever you try to book holiday so ultimately you end up with spoiling your vacation or you aishwaryasingh23 to other hotels.
I have a RED membership and it is clear if I book holiday in upper or lower season, nights from my inventory will be deducted accordingly. This is fair n clear.
But recently came to know that I cannot even book my holiday in advance during PURPLE season though CubMahindra will take more nights from you but also will not allow you to book.
CM concept is family resort but they only allow PURPLE members to travel during DIWALI, CHRISTMAS and SUMMER vacation and rest of the members are not allowed even their more night will be taken.
So, except PURPLE members, rest are forced to travel during off season and when kids doesn’t have holidays.

When you fight with ClubMahindra they will only say SORRY but will not help for sure and keep on dragging your complaint from one person to another. And ultimately will take out their marketing trick saying please buy Purple Membership, we will give you discount. SO RUBBISH.
For reference they keep on calling you every alternate day but how do I convince my family/friends to buy when I myself is not happy. NOBODY is interested to buy ClubMahindra.
DO NOT BUY CLUB MAHINDRA AS IT IS JUST TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION DURATION, BETETR BE FREE BIRD AND BOOK ANY FIVE STAR HOTEL WHICH WILL COST SAME AS CLUB MAHINDRA AND WILL GIVE YOU FREE BREAKFAST TOO.
