It’s a scam. Their customer service is laughable and entirely unhelpful. The sales representatives(Shad from Club Resorto) withhold crucial information and mislead customers about the package. When you try to book a property, they hit you with multiple extra charges(exchange fees, extra bed fees, etc.). Most of the property options are far from city centers, highly inconvenient, and typically 3-star. You’d be far better off booking through other platforms at more reasonable rates.
Sagar from Club Resorto handled my booking request in a highly unprofessional manner. He was difficult to reach and consistently ignored my queries. They kept dragging the process out until the vacation dates passed, leaving me unable to book anything in time. There’s no way to escalate your issues. This company is a complete fraud.
