My name is Gurpreet singh.. I have taken 2 holidays till date with club resorto.So i want to tell you all about my experience..
I am member of this holiday club since 2018 june.. I was called to attend their meeting. We spent approx 4 hours for deciding wether to buy or not to buy their membership.Yes it’s totally true that we have to buy their membership on the table.I have attended many club memberships and collected many free gift vouchers and many has called us on dinner with families but we finally bought their membership after very very long discussionss..
So after 3 months we planned to visit goa.. they require advance bookings. I called their customer care number for bookings which they asked me to mail. So i wrote my booking requirment to them. At the beginning they gave us a hotel which was a good property but in south totally far away from main areas..So i asked them to change my property.. They sent me 2 more properties. After all the bookings were done i was told that i will receive the booking vouchers within 48 hours but i dont why they delayed or what really issue arrived i received them after a week.For the hassle I got compensated with an extra night for this trip which i found was a generous gesture from a private company.
I am a service person and serving in FMCG as Himachal Head. I have already travelled my entire life in himachal so it is of less interest to me like other tourists who love to visit himachal. In short, Goa was good trip..
Another trip i planned was for jim corbett.. Resort was amazing helpful staff of the hotel. We booked a complete isolated cottage.Going to corbett and living in crowed area is highly not suggested.Love the nature and it’s beauty..greenery..If you book a good resort do explore it on internet before booking about what they offer..It really helps..Here resorto help desk helped me for choosing the extra activities. Some of it i googled..So always better to explore before you travel.
