Just recently after they somehow viewed this review posted earlier this year, their Booking Team Shipra called me to apologies and promised that all these promises will be kept and I should call them when required. Unfortunately I tried to call Shipra and one more Booking no. 2 weeks again several times but they are either not picked up or switched off. After repeated calls, Santosh from the team finally picked up and suggested to send mail to their Holidays mail id with a promise that this will be looked into. They never reverted back. I called Santosh again but no answer. I am in pain that I lost all my hard earned money to these cheaters.do no fall prey pls.

These guys are real fraud. They will call you multiple times till the time you agree to go for their session for free dinner and free 2 Nights voucher. I also fell pray to their fraud and unfortunately paid Rs.80, 0000/- for 5 years membership. As soon as money went to their account, their lies started unfolding. I was given the membership for 5 years for 6 nights per year with No. CRDL 1170. The fraud their Sales Manager Karan Gupta promised and came out as completely fraud as below:
They promised celebrations to be arranged every year free for my Bday, my Wife Bday and our wedding anniversary till the membership duration. This came out to be completely fraud as I came to know later. There is nothing like this in contract.
They provided free night vouchers. When I tried to book them, they charge 2000/- Rs. per night so not definitely free.
They promised complementary 3 Nights/4 days stay and Flights tickets as part of welcome gift free for entire 4 member family. This is again fraud as flight tickets and not free. They are chargeable.
The total cost per night for the membership for 5 years(85000 membership fee+10000 per year ASF cost) for 6 Nights/7 days per year with breakfast and extra bed for 2 children is coming out to be 7500/- per night which you can easily get from direct Hotel with all 3 meals included.
They promised a 30-40% discount on food in hotels during your travel but that is completely fake. When I booked I came to know the direct expenses are also the same.
They have their own fixed charges for extra beds irrespective of Hotel. So many times the extra bed charges which they charge you are higher than when you get these directly from Hotel.
They promise that if booked 15 days in advance, you will get whatever hotel you want in their list but is not true. I tried book 20 days in advance and the hotel booking was not available rather they gave me options of inferior hotels.
In nutshell, I will REQUEST not to fall pray to these frauds and rather directly book hotels.In this works of net and reviews available, a shodrt time spent will save yui from too much of embracement
