It is just an overrated website. They claim that they have the lowest price for excellent quality products. But browsing through their website, it isn’t too cheap. The quality of the products are good, but I don’t think buying from them is worth the money. I browsed through their site and came across a necklace and brought that along with some other product that is fake eyelashes. The app is slow, the interface is good, but the phone might get hang from this app. Then it took forever to reach here. It took a long time for shipping and all; then it was pre-paid. Their customer service is the worst. When I tried to contact them, no one replied, and I thought I lost my money. But then the items arrived, and then I realised only one item was shipped. The other one was showing it was delivered too, but I didn’t receive it. I called them again and again, but sometimes the call didn’t get connected, sometimes no one responded, and yeah I lost my money.
So I think it is better to use other websites and apps than this website because there is no guarantee for the things that it may reach or it won’t.
Now the price is higher than other websites, their only claim is free shipping. But when we compare the things on other websites we can get them in good quality great deals.
