I would like to share my experience with this holiday club. I received a call from club resorto office on 15 March 19. A lady by the name Shalini offered me 2 nights and 3 days holiday package. I was told that I can select one location out of 7 10 locations were given.
In the beginning, I was curious that why anyone will give us free of cost holiday packages. I thought someone must doing prank with us.
Later when they again called for the confirmation of our visit to their event we realized that this is some company calling by the name club resorto and they are giving free holidays to few members who bought Hyundai car. Obviously, I am aware of many such offers as I come across many promotional calls every day.
Firstly I tried to avoid them by saying my wife is not in town. Later after so many back to back follow-ups I finally decided to visit them once. 3 4 years back I did attend someone’s holiday seminar but I wasn’t sure about this one.
I was asked to attend their one of an event. I went with my family. Firstly some guy by the name Rohit Sodhi attended us. we filled an entry form. He gave us a table with some numbers reserved for us. I was very impressed by the arrangements they did.
The second person who came to attend was a lady by the name Prerna. We really enjoyed all the conversations with her. Later she asked us if we want to know about their company. Firstly I really liked that unlike other company she offered us first if we want to know rather then compelling us to listen to them even if we don’t want to.
she told us each n every detail. Gave us a proper presentation of how this company started and other things. She offered us a membership of 10 years. In which I will get 6 Nights and 7 days.
After all the long conversations we took the membership and paid the amount.
In 24 hours as I was told I received a call from resorto for the confirmation of the membership I took. They told me the offers and benefits and in case I find any difference I can hold the membership till my all doubts are cleared. It was a recorded call. I discussed all the scenario and cleared all my doubts, they processed my membership. After 15 days I received a black kit containing a lot of brochures, lists of their properties, certificated. Finally, after a month, we decided to plan our vacations and see the actual facility of resorto company.
The first-ever trip we booked was to Bangalore & Coorg. It was a 5 nights trip with Deepti(my wife) and Saurabh(my son). It was a beautiful trip and fully arranged by their team. They have a help desk. So if you are a member of this club do not forget to take help as you get many discounts from the personal. I was assisting by Surat(don’t know him personally) a guy from the travel desk. He arranged my flights 3k cheaper than market rates. helped me to book my guide and cab. We stayed 2nights in Bangalore and 3 in Coorg. For Bangalore, we were offered 4 choices of hotels. Honestly, all were 5 stars. and we chose to stay in the Holiday inn & suites. one of the best properties in that area. We enjoyed our stay there for 2 nights. And 3rd day we already had a taxi booked by resorto so as soon we checked out we board the taxi and left for Coorg. It was a 5 hours drive and trust me one of the best jungle site scene you ll see here. A must-go trip it is if it is properly planned.
We stayed in Coorg for 3 nights. It was an amazing and perfect adventure tour. Our resort was very beautiful. Rooms were brilliant and honestly never expected them to prepare such Punjabi food. I requested the manager to let us cook for ourselves some snacks and he was so nice, he didn’t even say no for once. We enjoyed the cycling outside and inside our resort. By the 4th day, we left Coorg. It was one of the best trips I ever had in my life.
I don’t know what other people are saying but I must tell you holidays are very necessary for life. It is important you feel the close bond with your family and let them feel the same with you. These are the memories that no one can ever explain:).
And out of everything yes I really really appreciate and thankful to their team who really put such efforts for people to plan their vacations. I myself don’t get time to plan vacations and I never want my family to suffer from anything. Luckily my experience went really well with them.
