We had taken our 48 day old baby to Clumax Jayanagar. Doctor had advised to get a radiology for the abdomen area. The prescription was not properly referred by the so called doctors/staff in the diagnostic center. The radiology was done for Thyroid.
The doctor prescription was very clear, but looks like people doing the tests are not literates to read it properly. They should have got a confirmation from the referred doctor if they had any questions which did not happen. The baby was injected with a medicine (which was not at all needed) and we had to wait for 20 minutes before the test. It is not about having big equipment, but doctors and staff at the diagnostic center should know when to use what.
