The place is OK. Not horrible, not appaling, but ok. It is not very expensive nor is the atmosphere very sophisticated. It is a very indian place that goes witht he chalta hai attitude. It is not like they do not have competition, but it is that people need diagnostics and health care and will come, no matter what the front staff are like. It is the end result of whether you got diagnosed/cured/helped on the medical front that is important.
As the place has both consulting Doctors from various specialities and diagnostics all under one roof, it is convenient and one doesn’t have to run from one center to another for tests, consultation and waste time.
Don’t go there if what you are looking for is 5 star treatment. It is for the average Joe and all patients are treated the same.
