Please don’t go to Clumax Jayanagar. let me give you reasons so that you don’t think that I’ve a personal problem or want to endorse any other lab.
Infrastructure is good from outside I mean clean and fancy but the machines god knows. Infrastructure does not mean the building and things only. I rated it bad because my wife went for the D3 test and the test result was 466 which was medically impossible. To confirm we did the test again from other lab and it was normal 54.6 now you decide.
The staff was not so experience. One of the lab assistant started taking the blood sample and stopped half way and ask some other guy to take over. You can imagine the pain of my wife.
Too costly. Go any other lab the D3 test will take Rs.1000-1200 and they charge Rs.1800. A normal test for TB will cost Rs.350-400 these guys take Rs.750.
Not so cooperative. For each of the thing you have to follow up. They emailed the report after following up several times.
Not so up to date. Now a days as per the medical standard many lab replaced the Vitamin D3 test with Complete Vitamin D test but they are not. It took only few minutes to test Complete D test where as D3 will take whole one day. SO expect that you will get the results later than sooner.
Please avoid the lab for your mental peace as one wrong results may harm your entire life’s happiness.
