I can’t understand the behaviors of staff at the billing counter. They will just us back saying Doctor is not present. If Doctor is not present why on earth they opened this diagnostic center? Been twice once on Sunday and On Thursday both days Doctor is not available meaning this center is not functioning. Have no words to express my anguish. One word Pathetic and better to miss.
