I bought the CMF Neckband Pro expecting quality, but was let down. The rubber part near the earbud tore on its own, and the volume button stopped working soon after. Most frustrating is the call issue – my voice breaks when ANC is turned on.
When I visited the CMF authorized service center (iWorld, Vashi, Navi Mumbai), they didn’t even diagnose the product and bluntly refused service, saying it’s "physical damage". This is not acceptable. Its clearly a manufacturing defect, but they don’t seem to care.
Very poor after-sales support. I would not recommend CMF to anyone. Be careful before buying!
