Think , introspect!

Most of the talented teachers are already leaving or gone. The constructive discipline which enables a child to grow as a mature adult is now replaced by a well crafted bullying of  new teachers by old teachers and their children who are mostly poor in studies and try to justify their presence in school by preying on the meritorious students. Thus the place of nurturing a young mind has turned into a cesspool of politics and student abuse . The administration has simply failed to control as coordinators themselves struggle to control the damage done by the older teachers who try to control their fiefdom. As children are harassed every day to maintain a low profile, interact and do less well in studies through disparaging comments, it is this good school that is suffering.

Unless there is a critical review of these teachers who engage and encourage their children to serve as extension of their politics in class, every individual associated with this brand is in for a hard time.

We still do not cover the part where we discuss the qualifications that they come with or what they teach in the class, as it is simply not worth it if they are plain lazy. I do not blame the principal or vice principal. They work with whatever resources they have. May be they also feel threatened by the older teachers . How would you feel if you find parents coming and shouting on the younger teachers chided by the older gang.

Perhaps they need to be more empowered starting with organizing PTA meetings. This is not something that the school encourages somehow! Not that these reviews really make any difference for them is my guess.
