I joined cms computers institute for ATE course in nov 2008 which was the worst decision I had taken in my life.I paid 50, 000 rs for this course which is class training cum on job training program.This program was for 3 months but went on for 6 months and after that for 1 month we had wait for on job training to start.We were promised that we would get desktop support engineer /network engineer designation.But we were given field engineer desgination.
During the induction program we were promised that we would get jobs in one of the clients which CMS company deals and with in 5 to 8 kms radius .So from 7 th month we were placed in one of there client place which was 25 kms from city and we would get only 5, 000 stipend .
All stipend money would be spend on travelling and food for lunch , I could save only 1000 to 1200 rs every month, actually I had borrowed a loan to pay for the course fees.CMS company would promise something before joining the program and after the program/course is completed all promises are broken and we should roam around them for jobs.The company Team leaders and staff are waste fellows , they cant we speak proper english ..all ppl who are working in cms are tamils.....so they keeping talking in there local lang..
And also there were 4 gals in our batch , after the course completion they were telling there are no jobs for girls..........before joining the course only they could have told ......big fraud by cms institue and cms company.....First they should change all the working staff of cms company who are sick ppl dont know anything ....now it is 8 month..
I had to leave the job because I couldn’t travel 50 to 60 kms for 5000rs job and had to work for 10 to 12 hrs and waste 4 hrs in traveling from home to office and back to home.so totally 16 to 17 hrs I would waste in a day for 5000rs job and could not save any money.The faculty in the cms institute is worst ..they dont have proper knowledge on the subject and infrastruture of the lab is very bad ....10 to 12 students should share 2 computers for performing lab program or to pratice lab...I just ruined by career by joing cms computers and waste percious money and also time....so I would suggest the ppl to think before joining this waste company..
