When I saw your channel for the first time, I thought it was a breeze of fresh air, espicially since we do not have a single Indian English News channel worth its name..But my enthusiasm got dampened when I saw Rajdeep Sardesai there. By inducting Rajdeep Sardesai as the editor, the channel appears to me as a B team of 24X7. He was one of the regular faces and a leading light of 24X7 Channel presenting pro Sonia Gandhi and anti BJP programmes. Some of his programmes there appeared to me as devoid of truth and anti national and meant only to project anti-Hinduism. What I expect from the new channel is an unbiased reporting of events.But with people like sardesai as Editor, I have my doubts whether you will be able to do it.I find he has already started his biased programmes. His face was synonimous with 24X7 which used to churn out programmes for the ruling and pseudo secular parties.CNN IBN should have avoided inducting people from 2nd grade channels like 24X7. It gives a bad taste.
