Some tips for Avoiding Cola to cut on Calories

I am a cola Addict but I am coming over it. It all starts when you take Cola with every meal. I started Cola with Pizza, Sandwiches in breakfast, Paranthas in Lunch. Every meal that I had included Coca-Cola.


But then it came to me that I need to get over it. Cola has lot of calories(over 200 per 500 ml) and it makes you prone to diabetes, heart disease and obesity.


So while I eliminate my addiction, here are some tips for fellow Cola-addicts :


> If you want the fizz and burps that Cola gives you, try Club Soda. Soda is not at all harmful as compared to Cola and will give you the same fizz.


> You can add 1/4 Coke to 3/4 parts of Soda to make an equally fizzy drink


> In Movie halls, go for a Diet Coke Can rather than a regular Coca-Cola.


> In fast food parlours, ask your waiter to add as much ice as he can in your Large Helping of Coke. Ice would make the fizz go down and make the Cola flat.


> Switch to Non-Cola drinks like Tang, Fresh Lime Soda.


> Drink Lots of water even if you have a regular Coke. Water will flush down the toxins in your body.


> If you just want to burp after food, then take two pills of Pudin Hara instead of drinking a Coke. After 15 minutes you will have lovely mint-scented burps :) and it really feels good.
