I had made an order on 2nd May, 12 bottles Order number 020514-K2-0415. As I had to change the Address I called the support team back immediately and asked them to change the address and the lady on the other line said she had. The next day I received a call that the address is wrong and I will not the get the order on 3rd We had a party and we had booked 12 bottles of Coke.
I called back the support team again that I want the order to be canceled as my purpose is not solved the lady on the other side said she had but it was not as I did not receive a confirmation on the same. On Monday I get a call that the coke is ready to be delivered at right address now I told them that the order is canceled and I did not want 12 coke bottles anymore. I called the customer service I get a lady again I asked her for refund.
Telling her the whole story I got a funny reply that as I had paid through Net banking the order can not be canceled. and said I had to take the order. She said she will talk to her Manager and get back to me in 5 min today is Thursday I did not receive a call. AS SHE COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER, I TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT DRINK 12 BOTTLES ALONE AND IF ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING THEIR WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ME. CRAZY COLA. CRAZY SERVICE.
