Coffee-jelly milk & milk with coffee ice-cubes

If u love coffee like I do - then it’s a perfect summer drink for u!

Ingredients:

1 cup of coffee

2  teaspoons of sugar

0, 5 tablespoon of gelatin powder

Mix gelatin powder with two tablespoons of water. Add coffee and sugar.

Keep on small flame and heat for 5 minutes for sugar to dissolve.

Put the mixture in a 9-13 inch pot/pan/plate and keep in a fridge for 2 hours till the jelly is completely firm.

Get a glass of cold milk, cut the coffee jelly into small square pieces and add into milk.

Enjoy the cocktail.

Tip:

Instead of coffee jelly u can make a coffee ice. Just froze some coffee and add coffee ice pieces into the milk.
