I have a worst experience with this salon. I live in US right now.I got married last year and booked Coco salon for my bridal and engagement makeover. They are frauds, cheaters, unprofessional, greedy, unexperienced , very very poor customer service, rude behaviour from hema singh , who dont know how to talk to the clients..She tries to make fool of the clients. she cheated me .she is responsible for spoiling my big day. I booked for the MAC makeup on both occasions but they dont use any MAC product on me. Everybody was doing experiments upon me..No one person attended me.
Hema started with my make up she don’t know how to apply eyeshadows and apply make up base. They dont carry bridal bindis, bridal nail paints, bridal bun and they charged 10000 bucks for that cheap quality unprofessional makeup. How fraud they are. One of their trainee did my eyebrow threading on the time when I was getting ready.She spoiled my brow shape. My ugly makeup can be seen in my wedding pics..They dont know how to do bridal buns. Omg they are just so unprofessional. Everybody was moving here and their confused. My cousins went to some other saloon for their party makeup. They were looking much better than me Nobody appreciates me for my makeup..I wore such a exclusive lehnga but ugly makeup spoiled everything. Even their is no professional hair stylist..
They have no knowledge, inexperienced, unprofessional people working their who know nothing just making fraud of people and earning money from them. I paid 5000 in advance and this lady hema singh blocked my way and dont let me go when I paid her the full amount. So I tried to call somebody but nobody was answering because everybody was busy in attending baraat. Somehow my cousin picked up the phone and rush to the salon to pay the rest amount so that they allow me to go.They are so greedy, untrustable. I got so late to reach the marriage place just because of her.She doesn’t realize that it is her wedding day and I am making her upset...
Hema singh is so much rude to me that feel like crying. First of all they did so much bad ugly makeup on me and other thing they are harassing me and dont let me go. She knows our family so well. My aunts are regular client of this salon , but then also they treated me so badly. Whenever I got a chance to visit noida I will not leave them, , that I AM SURE. And one thing more their make up stability is just for two to three hours !!!! so that means it will diminished after sometime because of its cheap quality
So guys please never go to this place please!!
