We went there in sep last week which is off season in goa. Rooms were decent and service was strictly ok.
The big plus point was the location of the resort which is 300 mtrs from the betalbatim beach.The beach is simply awesome with clean soft white sand.
The only company is that of starfishes. No beachshacks so completely have to rely on the resorts restuarant. Food was average. Had to wait 45-50 mins after ordering food. Service needs lot of improvement.Overall 4 stars if u want quiet beach vaccation.
