This place is located at a very strategic location so it is supposed to be quite well managed and customer centric to set it apart.but on the contrary it is a place which is totally unmanaged & no orientation towards services.half the tables are kept reserved for unseen guests for as long as 2-3hrs. Instructions given while ordering the food are never ever followed, and you cannot expect to give feedback or put complain on the same, they’ll have enough arguments to put in.and if at all you are lucky in proving your point then they’ll replace it or again another argument you’re into.
Like my friend ordered 1 fresh lime, they brought 1/2.when we pointed out initially they’re not agreeing later when they did, tried giving us 1/8th portion more, for no good reasons!! We said let it be we don’t need more, please charge for half only, to our surprise the response was- how come you’ll be charged for half, when you ordered 1?And he admitted it was his mistake so what..later after a heated discussion they replaced it with weird faces and a smirk.
This is just a small instance..there are many more. but today I’ve decided will not be going there, will prefer take away only.these days small time restaurants provide so good service that such mediocre ones lack in terribly..
