Worst company to work for

To be very frank, I worked in this company which located in Prestige Shantiniketan Crescent 3 11th floor for the last one year when this worthless and valueless company taken over the Process of Axis Bank. Let’s go straight to the point, this company is not good for those freshers as well as experienced personal. In my professional career, this is the only organization that doesn’t give a single value to its employees.


Start of the process, When I joined in 12-APR-2019, an operations manager called Rxx Kxxxxa pxxxd was taking care of the management, after the first month genuine countenances are coming out he began demonstrating his egotistical conduct to AMs and TLs before process running smoothly, there was no precise wanting to run the process easily, thus the consequence of fascism rule and haughty conduct good leader/agents began to leave the place of employment.specially in CREDIT CARD dept., they thought themselves as GODFATHER or SUPERIOR. They used horrible slang, don’t have respect for their co-workers whether it be a man or woman, and don’t even support those agents who perform best-regarding sales & services when the company needed most. Once it over you will see a lot of bias ness on floor. Those employees whether agents or TL, every shoe lickers of managers get rewards and recognition. Here they believe in slavery, not in hard work. later other operations manager joined to the process named as Reno George, an additionally tempered individual, he likewise a haughty and fascism ruler, there was no understanding among Rxx and Rxxx rather than lead the process to a good level they have begun separation and rule framework, their inner self influenced to the holding in the group began conscience battles on floor accusing issues, rather than focusing on process and work. both Ops manager forced their TLs to do more sales, impact started when agents did the more fake sale, wrong information, the wrong request. They did wrong planning but impact occurred to those employees who worked there and follow Ops manager order without thinking there future. Instead of giving proper training to agents regarding the process, they forced agents to do more and more sales which led ZTP cases to agents. Being direct they hire excess unqualified TL who don’t even have a single knowledge regarding product or process. Those who stand against them when they doing wrong,   they used threatened them like "I can sue you from this job, don’t try to be smart". I hope your one of OM Rxxo Gxxxxe remembered. Dude ur not working in Google or Microsoft. you deserve to be a security guard, not OM Mr. George and other OM Mr. Rxx, I don’t know why they came to office and who think that these two morons are the suitable person for this position. they only know to give 100/200 rs big bazaar voucher but don’t how to do their process better. Grow up guys, instead of learning from you if an agent suggests you to do better. It really shames on you.


When the unqualified person appointed in AM position they don’t know how to manage their TL and agents. They only shout and verbally abused them. The best example is my manager(Sxxxxp Sxxxh) when I was giving him good numbers/counts on sales he treats me like I am so special but in this pandemic situation, he doesn’t even help me out. Most of my friends got a system and even attend training using ZOOM also. But he forced me to came office if I want a system . later I refused to come as active cases growing, he simply ignores me and indicative me. This will show what kind of personal got IJP. They kick out good managers keep the worst one who licks OMs shoe. AM like Sxxxxxp Sxxxxh doesn’t deserve this position, who don’t even value there agents then showing fake caring. There are lots of managers who ask money if you earn lots of incentive(these things happened when outbound introduced) if you don’t give them then it will give the worse or user data. They do some things for me. I respect him a lot but later I realized that he was also the same boat brother. The who reading this line, this for you. Dear AM PxxxxH & TL AxxxxT MxxxY,   You guys are shameless people, You don’t deserve to be a human. They show fake sympathy and do their things silently. Even when someone doing wrong/fake sales but earn good incentives if the person belongs from his Span will not be terminated but others will be terminated for a minor issue. They know how to play with data, they provide good data to their own span, rest is history. How could a person from the Mansoor team got the highest incentive month by month or why he got it. Nobody knows, the reason apart from AM Pxxxxxh Span all you TL s& AMs are a fool, you don’t want to use your brain. Every day u got cringe data but instead giving proper data you guys were shouted to ur agents NONSENSE LEADERs. I know them for very long. Since I started doing outbound from Oct 2019.


I never point out them because if I point out them then someone affected now I don’t have anything to worry about. if u want I will send you a recording too.


Coming to the recruiting and HR department led by HR Kxxxxxxa. Poor people skills for the HR peeps, especially those who handle concerns from others. I give the best example, When I came for an interview they check my resume and asked: "Do you know Hindi?" I don’t know what they check. If u check resume u will get everything in that but later I realized that everything was a drama, she doesn’t know how to speak Hindi. Secondly, till now they haven’t given me the offer letter when I asked about that there answers like "printer machine is not working", "I have a soft copy but A4 paper is not there", "come tomorrow you’ll definitely get", etc. To be very clear madam this type cheap replies doesn’t give good sense. you are HR not a Paanwala or chaiwala that you forget "Kattha" or "black tea".I don’t know who hire her for this role. She only knows to shout and yelling in front of everyone by showing her designation power. Frankly, she deserves to be an agent rather than HR because she doesn’t know the meaning and values of HR. As HR they failed to do proper recruitment, hence they fulfilled people to the stock like a godown without checking their quality and ability. I saw many times they don’t even resolve the issue of the employees.


Axis Bank was in good hands before this company taken over. I am still in doubt why Axis Bank trust this 3rd Class company. I worked with Axis Bank for more than 3 yrs but previous companies were good but this company more issues regarding salary, Paid Leave, Salary Slip & everything. After these many issues, there is no action taken on them it’s sad. If u want a clarification call all your ex-employees enquire them u will get to know the reality.


Work culture is worst and internal politics OMG it will make your life hell. Salary deductions and adherence to every single second spent in the office makes it even worse. Yes, you would say it’s better to be professional and give your best but common think like a Human Being, a time will come when you will say WTH am I doing here.


You guys don’t even deserve a single star.
