I have 1 year experience in CTS. if u are expecting something here, remember these things-
1> work overtime. They will like to see that u don’t have work-life balance. Be mentally prepared to work in Saturday, Sundays.
2> Salary very less when compared with work pressure.
3> Don’t expect any leave.
4> Oil your manager in every way possible.
5> You will not get domain, project of your choice
6> Work environment not friendly. Even if work is less, they love to see u in pressure.
7> Rating- It will come to u as surprise. You can expect good rating, if u don’t take leave a single day the whole year, worked overtime almost everyday, and oiling is very very important.
All the points I mentioned here happens in my project. If u r lucky enough to have a good project, then work environment can vary according to that.
