I have been working in CTS for past 2 years. I love this company coz this is my first MNC company. But people here are so worst. No recognition, no career growth, if they like someone they will get promotion irrespective of their talent and skill, if they don’t, they will be buried.
They find reasons to underestimate us. Better choose some other company. Worst experience ever. Still I like the company for it is MY company.
