This is the worst company who dont worry about the employees carrier growth. They just want the work from employee. so they put the employees in any project and burden them with over load and hit them hard and make them work over time. Software developers are treated like call center employees ask to come in night shifts. But the middle level managers don’t know how to work at all. Very bad that the vertical heads are not worried about what happens to the lower level employees, they are least bothered.
If one is not talented and just want a time pass job not worried about growth in life can work here.
