This company is full of favoritism for Tamil speaking people & tamilians. If you see the senior management folks are all tamilians. They will favor their favorite tamilians and give promotions, progressions very fast even in 1-year fast track mode but for real achievers, hard working employees who are non-tamilians, they will just push around and give crap reasons for not promoting them. They will delay the promotion for 5 years to 7 years also.
Avoid this company if you are looking for making your career in right direction and want your hard work appreciated.
