As an ex-employee, I can truly say that CTS is a great company to be with. It has given me the platform I needed to make it on my own, and honed my entrepreneurship skills to a level where I could start off on my own. One of the best things about CTS is the flexibility that an employee has to grow and develop his or her own style of working. One guy in one of the teams used to actually work from 3 pm to 12 am daily since he could concentrate best at night. And as long as he was present for all customer calls and meetings, the company gave him full flexibility unlike some narrow-minded companies where this would be curbed
Along with the work culture, I would also say that the people inside the company make it what it is today. Some of them are brilliant and I have personally learnt a lot from them in every area of work...the enthusiasm of most of the teams here is contagious and people enjoy their work. Of course, there are some areas which I felt could be better. Isnt that with all companies?
I really feel the senior management could have been more goal oriented and more importantly, communicated this goal down the chain for people to be aligned towards the company goals. That way everyone would know where the company and they, as representatives of the company are heading.
